Recipe: Fascinate and Awesome Cupcake

Cupcake is a cake with a small portion and lovely decorated through its design and beautiful pattern. The most attraction of cupcakes is on the design and beautiful pattern that show to attract people taste it. With the very tasty homemade cupcake that is delicious, fluffy, sweetness consistency and well flavors amaze all cupcake lovers to fall in love. Lets have a look here... :-)
I would like to try some recipe of cupcakes that is delicious, fluffy and the taste really makes me to fall in love again. While searching the recipe, i found its really hard to get the perfect recipe for cupcake that will not dissapoint you. In the first trial, i have tried some of the recipe it does not really satisfy me. Then, i keep searching the best recipe. Finally, i found it! yess!. Yippie!! from website. Lindsay is the owner of the website. The website so awesome and i love to watch all the delicious picture that make me hungry. Yummmyy..! Ok. enough of that. hihi.

Actually its not easy to make the best recipe of cupcake, the owner of recipe need to try over and over again to get the best until the delicious, fluffy and tasty cupcake results can make. I appreciate all Lindsay effort to make a very good cupcake recipe and thanks again for the kindness of sharing the good recipe. 

Okay...lets go in to the recipe. Check this out. :-) . 

Perfect Moist and fluffy Vanilla cupcakes                                                                                           

Ingredients for 12-14 cupcakes: 


1 2/3 Cups of flour (240g)
1 Cup of sugars (200g)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup butter room temperature (170g)
3 egg white
3 tsp essence vanilla
1/2 cup of sour cream (120ml)
1/2 cup of milk (120ml)

1/2 cup of butter (115g)
1/2 cup of shortening (95g) 
4 cups of powdered sugar (480g)
2-3 tbsp of water or cream (30-45ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together : flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl.
3. Add butter, egg whites, vanilla, sour cream and milk and mix on medium speed just until smooth. 
4. Fill cupcake liners a little more than half way.
5. Bake 18-20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes. 

1. Add together butter and shortening and mix until smooth.
2. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
3. Add vanilla extract and 1-2 tbsp of water or cream and mix until smooth.
4. Add remaining powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
5. Add a little more water or cream until desired consistency is reached.
6. Top cupcakes with icing.
